WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR CUSTOM VECTOR ART & DESIGN?

Contact me at jenn@artbyjenn.com to request a quote for design services. Quote will be sent after you send me the completed contact form. Scope of job, and requested turn around time will be factored into the quote.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have trouble with your download link, or have trouble getting the digital image to print, please contact me at jenn@artbyjenn.com.

WILL I RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL? No. All products are digital.

Once purchase is approved, your order will be processed. Once your order has processed, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the email you provided on the order form, with a link to download your purchase.

This link will expire after 24 hours.

Purchased digital products are immediately available for download once you receive your email link, after purchase is complete. If you have not received your email link within (1) hour of purchase, please contact me at jenn@artbyjenn.com. I will reply within (1) business day.

I retain all rights to the images, and they may not be resold. Your purchase is for personal use only.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Make sure to download your purchase from the email link provided after purchase. This link will expire after 24 hours.

Before Printing:

Make sure your printer is on.

Make sure to check your ink levels.

Make sure the correct paper or card stock you wish to use is loaded in your paper tray.

Check your print orientation is set to Landscape or Portrait, depending on product purchased, before printing.

Let the image dry for a few minutes on a flat surface before use for best results.

OTHER PRINTING OPTIONS

Once you download the product, you can either print it to your home computer, or print it out at locations such as The UPS store or The FedEx Store. Contact your local store for instructions on how to send.

Customer is responsible for any printing costs.
